You receive tracking details once the shipment has entered the carrier network.

Every order is packed in discreet, PLP-branded packaging.

Transit times are set by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations and statutory holidays may lengthen delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to correct it, contact us before dispatch — changes cannot be made once the parcel has left.
