Build storage around the instructions for the specific product, not a universal internet rule. Document receipt, location, conditions and handling events so the material’s history stays understandable to the whole research team.

Lyophilized means freeze-dried; it does not guarantee stability. Sequence and formulation can affect stability, while moisture, air and light may matter.
